I wanted to try Amazon affiliate sites... Ends of 2019 I Invested 35K to bought some

Now, I realize that Amazon affiliate sites is SO EASY to rank and still have great potentials. The main reason is that they are super easy to sell and they doesn't require a big investment.

I've bought this site in November for 2K, the site was making $20/month (Sorry Dan 🤷‍♂️ lol 😅) and as part time project, have grow it to the $1000/month mark in ~11 months.

The truth is that, I was so pissed by Amazon commissions cut that I limited the expense to ~500$/month on this site... and a few months I did the minimum.. like 2-3 links, 2-3 new articles that's it.

So if you do the math, bought the site for 2K, spend 5K on the site (content, backlinks, new design), then could flip it for 30K... 23K profits in even not 1 yr... for a part-time project.

So because I've seen the potential of this, I've created a series of SOPs videos and sent this to my team. Now I have just to buy projects, sit back and relax.

I did some calculation and here's my projections;

Initial site cost: 5K (I prefer sites with low earnings, the ROI is bigger)
Initial investment: 3K (New design + new contents)
Monthly investment: 1K
Total investment after 1 year: 20K
Valuation after 1 year: 60K
Total profits: 40K (Equals 3.3K/month)

Actually, I believe I can handle 10 amazon sites yearly, so if you do the calculation, it's an annual profit of 480KUSD (or 40K/month if you prefer).

Personally, I like when I see peoples saying Amazon is shit... It's totally fine for me, it just give me more opportunities :)

Oh, btw, it's all managed on autopilot.... I'm still managing my authority sites ;-) The goal is to find a "sideline" that can be managed by a team alone so I can focus on other income stream.

Invest in your team, it's the best investment you can do NOW. If you are doing well alone... You will just do 10x better with a good team.
